
Here are some of the ways you can get inspiration or help while you are on this journey.
Weekly weigh ins:
You will be given a time to weigh in with a coach each week. This will be a face to face meeting (if you live in Hamilton), or a phone consultation. These meetings last for 15 – 20 minutes. This is your chance to get personal help with your weight loss journey.

If you go to our website www.empowerweightloss.co.nz you will be able to log in with the ID and password you will get at your first weigh in.
This are where you will learn how to lose the weight and how to keep it off. Especially when you combine it with you weekly, personal weigh-in and weight loss coaching sessions.
Here you will find our 12 week coaching program (under the coaching heading).
Each week (from week 1 to week 12) a new section will open, with the coaching for that week.
As well as the weekly coaching, you will find videos and downloads on many weight loss subjects.
Plus you will find a library of work-out videos if you would like to work out at home, or in the gym.
Facebook group:
We post in this private facebook group 6 days a week, to help keep you motivated. These postings are a mixture of success stories, educational articles, motivation tips etc.
You can post on here as well. Share questions you have, share wins that you have, share ideas. This is your community page.
However please remember the simple rules: Never criticize anyone else. Always be kind.
Weekly workbook:
This contains your food journal, the study notes for each week, and much more. You will be given one each week for 12 weeks, when you weigh in. If you are doing phone consultations, you can download them from the website.
Personal Gym Program:
